Subscription Plans
RosterLoop offers subscription-based plans billed monthly or annually.
Plans may include limits on the number of active users within an organization.
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

RosterLoop will retry the payment

the account owner will receive notification emails
If payment remains unresolved, the account may be restricted or cancelled.
Plan Changes
Customers may upgrade their subscription plan at any time.
Downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle depending on system usage.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing settings in their account.
After cancellation, the account enters read-only mode and data retention rules apply.
Refunds
RosterLoop generally does not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
