Welcome to RosterLoop. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RosterLoop scheduling platform and related services. By creating an account or using the RosterLoop service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RosterLoop is a cloud-based employee scheduling and communication platform that allows organizations to manage shifts, publish schedules, and notify employees.

RosterLoop provides tools for scheduling and workforce coordination but does not act as an employer, payroll provider, or HR service.

2. Account Registration

To use RosterLoop, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.

The account owner is responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

• managing users within their organization

• ensuring that all users comply with these Terms

 

RosterLoop is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by improper account management.

 

3. User Roles

 

Accounts may include different roles such as:

• Owner

• Admin

• Regular user

 

Owners and administrators are responsible for managing user permissions and access levels.

 

4. Acceptable Use

 

Users agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

• interfere with platform functionality

• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt service

RosterLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Service Availability

RosterLoop strives to maintain high system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause temporary service interruptions.

 

6. Account Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account billing settings. RosterLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

RosterLoop provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. RosterLoop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

RosterLoop may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
